What's included in $500/month? +
Monitoring, maintenance, bug fixes, API updates when your tools change, and priority support. We keep everything running so you don't have to think about it. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice — no yearly contracts.
How are additional automations priced? +
Each new flow is scoped individually — based on complexity, integrations, and business logic involved. You get a clear, written quote before any work begins. No open-ended hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Do I need to know anything technical? +
Not at all. We handle the technical work. You walk us through your current process in plain language — how you price jobs, how you send proposals, how you follow up — and we build around that.
What if my tools change or I add new ones later? +
Included in your monthly care. If you switch from QuickBooks to Xero, or add a new CRM, we update the connections. Swapping out one tool for another is part of the relationship — not a new project.
Is there a contract or a minimum term? +
The initial build is a fixed one-time fee — paid half up front, half on delivery. The monthly care is month-to-month. No annual lock-in, no auto-renewal trap, no cancellation fee.
